A tachograph in a vehicle records the operating conditions, such as speed, distance, brake operation acceleration, GPS information, etc., intervals of one second. For accidents, acceleration and direction traveling 1/100 s for 10 before after accident occurs collision data. equipped with is obliged to upload data administrative organizations periodically via other auxiliary storage devices like USB attached external memory or online wireless communication. If there problem recorded contents, may be at risk being tampered during uploading process. This research proposed tamper-resistant technology based on blockchain offline environments. The suggested algorithm new recording mechanism that operates low-level hardware digital tachographs tamper-resistance light blockchains on/offline situations. average encoding time was 1.85 ms/Mb, while decoding 1.65 ms/Mb.
